The stay was fantastic, particularly enjoying the spacious pool area just steps from our private deck. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, blending western and Balinese cuisine, which set a great tone for our days. I also appreciated the resort's proximity to shops and restaurants. it was easy to explore the local scene while feeling like we had our own retreat. After a day out, coming back to the clean and comfortable room made the entire experience even better.

I absolutely loved the room right in front of the pool! The breakfast buffet offered so many delicious options, especially when I requested the hashbrowns—definitely a hidden gem. Plus, the fun of playing bingo at the pool bar was such a highlight of my evenings!

The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond, even sending flowers to my room when I was unwell. The pools were lovely, well-maintained, and got plenty of sun—perfect for enjoying time outdoors.

The Kids' Club was amazing. the staff were great, letting us relax while the kids enjoyed their time. We also loved the buffet breakfast. it had tons of options! We stayed here with four babies, and everyone was so accommodating.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower could use a better setup.

We paid for a suite and it was absolutely beautiful! The decorations for our anniversary were such a sweet surprise. The room was spotless, and the quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. We also loved that the gym was way above average for a hotel—totally impressive! The only bummer was that the pool on the restaurant side was quieter, but the swim-up bar seemed a bit hectic with party vibes.
